We are a collaboration between artist Anne Penman Sweet and scientist Dr Jesse Shore. We meet in our mutual appreciation of the natural world and its
phenomena, and the potential to creatively interpret them in multiple ways.
Sweet+Shore first exhibited at May Space Gallery in Sydney in the Art+Science exhibition in 2013. Since then they have focused on developing their work together, and in their first full year exhibiting were finalists in the 2017 Adelaide Perry Drawing Prize in Sydney, the Lethbridge 10000 Small Scale Art Award 2017 in Brisbane, and the Lloyd Rees Art Prize 2017 at Colville Gallery in Hobart. They are represented by Colville Gallery. |
